Need Help from Developer

I paid for this app approximately 2 years ago on a different tablet with the same wifi connection and iTunes acct. Since then i have a new tablet, and have reset to factory settings on the old one due to being hacked. Now i need to know how to get this game again...totally unlocked. If you need the email associated with acct, i would rathe not put it on a public domain. AS soon as this issue is resolved i will absolutely change my review. It is for the purpose of attracting your attention that i rated so low. Thank you in advance for your assistance.
